On October 1, 2009, the East Central Province welcomed its new Province Polemarch, Brother Charles S. Dawson.

Brother Dawson has been a stalwart leader in the ECP, serving in the positions of East Central Province Board Member and Senior Vice Polemarch and as such, has been properly rewarded for his dedication and hard work.
